Recently, the wash "track" seems to be shorter and not as thorough. My F350 wheels and overall clean leaves my truck "wet" upon exit and "spotted". Also, the "spinning squeegee" is not going over the windshield and roof as part of the drying process like it did when I first signed up for the monthly billing agreement of $30.00. I have noticed that the entire cleaning "process" or length of the "track" varies which leads to inconsistent cleaning. I would like consistency for what I am paying monthly, not variable and inconsistent washes and drying. I pay a premium price for that service not a "variable" cleaning service. I hope my concerns get addressed before I agree to another monthly charged service through "Mister" carwash.

Is it a great experience…no Does it clean a car …. Yes When I first signed up in March there were always issues with the account. Started a new account to purge the old one. Inconsistent at different events, such as spraying cars when entering. It just ok. Will I renew, probably not.

I thought the problem was each individual location but it seems to be systemic. I used to have no problems with the location on the West side now no matter what we do and which one we go to our car still ends up looking like this. Today we paid for full service to have the interior vacuumed and they missed the entire 3rd row. No attempt at the windows in the back. We stopped using the monthly program because when you go through driving your car they don't even try to wipe down the back of the car. I guess that is the case for full service. I asked for a cloth to start wiping this down myself and just got more mad and gave up.

If you do the monthly unlimited car wash deal then it's not bad. It takes about 5-10 washes to get your car clean. If and only if they would spend a bit more time with my car only then I'll rate them 4-5 stars. You could do full service or just the exterior. So many options to chose from not sure why.
