Upon entry to the location of my choice, the site/property w/a (fine-secured electric gate system) is spotlessly clean, as well as neatly-kept!!! That said, "ALL units are most definitely 100% SECURED 24/7!!! Storing my belongings here is the best choice I could've made! ExtraSpaceStorage's manager Molly was very patient, kind, tremendously helpful, and really professional!! Ended up having to get 2 separate spaces for all our stuff while our house sells. Anyways, both phone calls to set up the reservations went very well, I had all my questions answered and everyone was polite. However, I have to say Molly went above and beyond in helping meet get the second unit. Including getting me on a special promotion and not charging all the silly admin fees. Thanks to Molly and Raina, for making this move easier on me.
