I've had issues with this business every time I've needed service, but the latest interaction has prompted this review. I bought a new MF tractor from them in 2014. After the four-wheel and transmission failed, they scheduled me for a service appointment in November of 2021. My tractor sat with them for 2 ½ months before they began working on it… In total they had my tractor for THREE MONTHS. I have a working farm and this equipment is how I make my living. Despite numerous check-ins on my end, I was left in the dark and given excuses. When I went in to make my final payment I confronted the owner and shared my frustrations with the above experience. I was met with zero understanding, disrespect, and no apology and was told that his commercial clients took priority over me. I just wanted to share what to expect when you give this company your business. There are much better options in the area where they will appreciate your business and treat you with professionalism.

Terrible! My MF needed repair and they wouldn’t give me the time of day. The person at the desk characterised my machine as, “junk” and that the entire 1000 series was junk and no parts were available. I asked if a tech could at least look at it and if see if I could get any parts I might need. He said they wouldn’t waste their time looking at it and the best thing for me to do was to cut it up for scrap. He gazed at the ceiling and acted like he couldn’t wait for me to leave. I ended working on it, found the part I needed and it’s running great again. If you buy a tractor there, plan on getting service somewhere else.

Asked for a quote on a MF 1835M 10/12/2020. Bianca emailed asap asking for a name and phone number. Emailed back name said I just wanted to leave it at that for now and 5 days later still no quote. Reply to owner. You don't need a phone number to follow up if you didn't understand the pic. Email works fine for that. Not sure how you say those part numbers don't correspond with any equipment you sell. The part numbers and pricing was taking right from MF website after building an 1835M tractor. Almost positive the subject line of the email I sent with pic asking for quote mentioned it was for an 1835M MF tractor with these part numbers. If that wasn't clear why send email asking for name and phone? Why not ask me what product I was asking about. My bad thought it was obvious as next to part numbers I wrote description like 2611 loader ect. Your website would t let me look at any inventory you have so I can find if you have the tractor I want so I did next best thing by asking for a quote by showing the build right from MF website.

Fantastic Massey Dealership, purchased a used GC2600 and couldn't be happier with the Price, Service, and friendliness from the staff and Owners. They took the time to answer all my calls and emails courteously, showed me how to use the tractor and even took the effort in helping load the tractor on the trailer. If you have any interest in an affordable Sub compacy tractor give these guys a call.

Sorry as of January we are no longer carrying or a dealer for Cub Cadet. Stills Equipment in Manchester or The County Store's engine house in Milford are showing as local dealers for Cub Cadet.
In shop hourly rate is $92.00 per hour. On road rate is $102.00 per hour from when the technician leaves our shop until their return to the shop. Let us know if we can help. Thank you.
