Parts department is incompetent. They Will not answer phone calls 90% of the time. And when they do they order the wrong parts. Kubota should find a new distributor. Sales isn’t any better either they will keep telling you your new piece of equipment you’ve paid for in full will be in in 2 weeks for months. Not worthy of one star but no other option to chose. Good luck

Norfolk Power over the years has provided excellent service for our vast array of equipment. They offer a wide range of equipment and stand behind it with their robust service organization. Nate in the service department has been especially excellent in finding pragmatic and practical solutions to the jams we sometimes find ourselves in. Always a pleasure to work with, and he has a deep level of domain expertise across a wide set of equipment. Norfolk Power is not my closet Kubota dealer, but they are worth traveling the extra miles to get great customer service. Keep up the great work!
