Customer service is a thing of the past. Long gone is the way of a server serving you, the customer. If I wanted to order my own food at a counter before eating I would have gone to McDonald's.

My family has ordered from this Pizza Hut twice in the last few weeks (spending about $100 each time), and while the food has been good, the customer service has been rude and weird. Both times we asked for dressing on the side and they refused to give it to us. We offered to pay for dressing and they still wouldn’t give us dressing. Extremely bizarre behavior/policies for a restaurant. We won’t be ordering from them anymore and I would recommend going elsewhere for pizza. PS. I called hampstead Pizza Hut and they’re reasonable, and will give you dressing on the side with any and all orders… and they won’t charge you. :)

The breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were good, but the pizza seemed undercooked in the middle, the middle had way too much sauce and not enough cheese. I only ate the 4 corners and threw the rest away.

Worst experience ever and will not recommend nor eat at a Pizza Hut ever again! First the service is terrible. You order your own food and the older women is as ignorant as they come. She is most certainly in the wrong line of work. The prices are crazy high and the food is terrible. We spent $92 on 3 pizzas and 1 order of cheese sticks. We actually ordered 2 but they only brought our 1. Restaurant is filthy dirty. No customer service, no friendly service, high prices and a filthy restaurant. The window says “be our guest” it’s more like you are treated as an inconvenience. I would highly suggest the health department checking out this restaurant.
