I think so...The group I meet with has allowed small children in the meeting with their parent/grandparent. They usually bring a tablet or something like that with headphones to keep them occupied during the meeting.
They have meetings at the TRC 7 days/week in the morning, midday and night meetings. Go to the triangle recovery Club website and I believe they have a schedule of the meetings and which type of meeting it is.
