The Siskiyou Family YMCA is beautiful. The new addition is open and inviting. This Y is spacious, and has the latest equipment.

I just came back from this YMCA. Rose helped me and was very nice. She took me on a tour of the entire place, even though it is currently under construction. She also gave me a wonderful tip about the local Holiday Inn allowing us to use their pool at a minimal charge for 2 hours. Great start! And I cannot wait to use my new membership tomorrow! They have an incredible dance program for kids! I love working out they have great equipment and kind, knowledgeable staff. They hosted a basketball series for my clients with intellectual disabilities. Highly recommend them!

We do offer quarterly CPR classes open to the community.
It depends on family size, for a couple it is $52 a month I think, they have low income options as well
