Honest and helpful. My experience: My check engine light suddenly came on, so I slowly made my way to Dunn -- Kevin was outstanding. We swung in without an appointment, and he was super nice -- he told us he had an appointment showing up any moment, so he had to be available for them, which I definitely respected since I would hope for the same treatment if I had a scheduled appointment. As soon as he had a spare moment, he came out and pulled the codes from our car's computer and informed us of what they meant. We were headed on to southern cali and had to get there by that night, and he told us not to worry, it wasn't a vital problem (was an oxygen sensor heater), and we should be fine for the trip. He was so super nice to talk with, and super helpful. He did not try to gouge us for any unneeded or time consuming or expensive fix or anything. He totally earned my trust! Thank you!

Friday coming down from oregon.i was pulling my trailer and blew a water hose...AAA towed me to Dunn automotive in yreka...he had a full afternoon of schedule appointments and apologized he couldn't get to it till monday..I was fine with that...left my trailer and my son pulled his trailer to redding... and then we went back for mine...when we got there he was pulling my car out of the shop..after hours and done...couldn't thank him enough...thank you again...⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
