We used Bartlett & Steadman for our first HVAC check-up. Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone! Scheduling was super easy over the phone, and Kyle, the tech, was great to work with. He kept us informed on the status of the work throughout the day. We, unfortunately, needed to replace a part (due to deferred maintenance on our end), and Kyle was prompt in informing us and following up with the shop to order and install the replacement part asap.

First, we're very grateful for Jason at Bartlett & Steadman. We just bought this house and called them b/c their name/number was on the previously installed HVAC system. I work for utilities and have experience w/contractors/plumbers/electricians and know the range of vendors out there. Jason is exceptionally communicative, clear, and patient with us new homeowners. In my experience (shout out to Rose whom I believe works in the office?), they promptly return calls and the quality of service/customer care is the best I've experienced. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
