I purchased a tilt bed equipment trailer from these guys on 10-9-21. The trailer is very nice and I can't wait to put it to work. It's built like a tank, good quality. The buying experience was great at Superior Trailer. Steve is a nice guy and took the time to go over the trailer with me and answer my questions. The girls at the desk were great with the paper work and check out. I was in and out with my new trailer hooked up and down the road in no time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice trailer and great service. I will be back to see them when I need another one.

Excellent Service & Friendly staff. Manager Devin and his service team went beyond the call of duty when our trailer was damaged on the road. I was impress with the follow ups to inform us about the status and timeline of our service. As a small Trucking Company, cost is important so it was a relief to know that prices were fair and reasonable. They have a customer for life and I would recommend them to everyone I know. KUDOS to good old fashion service. Keep up the great work Superior!!

I had an issue with ta hub that went bad and all the studs broke on it. The wheel/ rim essentially sheared the lug nuts off. I don't even know how that happened, but it happens 30 minutes at a pilot truck stop. This trailer store was close to closing when I called. "DEVIN" picked up the phone and not only did he help me get the right parts, he delivered them to me at a truck stop, and also helped me with fixing it. This type of service does not exist anymore. Devin went above and beyond. Whoever is his boss, needs to acknowledge this, perhaps give him a pay raise and buy him dinner. The freight i was carrying was for a airline industry. Its imperative its delivered on time. Devin made sure i was back on the road despite him being off shift. Honestly I couldn't be any happier! Thank you Devin!
