Went in to fax some papers...Didn't think to ask how much it cost. While waiting for the conformation...I asked to be rung up. It cost THIRTY ONE DOLLARS, $31.00!! I almost died right there. Who would have ever guessed it would cost sooo much. Lesson learned...I won't come back here and next time I will ask. Even the guy that rang me up made a comment about how expensive it was!!

Kathy! She was our saving grace when both the seller and we drove over an hour, made it through the door in the nick of time and needed a notary. She was so kind and understanding of our troubles to get there through heavy traffic. Merry Christmas, Kathy! She needs a big bonus this year!

Counter staff rudely told me my package wasn’t packed well when I went to them to have them package it. They charge $3 to email label, didn’t scan it into the system, leaving it in limbo for 2 days. They couldn’t insure for full value and didn’t bother to check the address and tell me that UPS won’t ship to P.O. Boxes so the $100 spent was for nothing as it will now be returned.
