Treat workers as valuable and human. Because they are human, they make mistakes and thats fine. Telling workers if they need help to ask for help is how you keep a happy and long lasting staff. Seeing a younger worker on the verge of tears while the manager had them doing the front by themselves, which was three or so jobs then proceeding to get mad when they made a small mistake boiled my blood beyond belief.

The staff did their best. Today they were very understaffed. I was in the drive through, lane 2, and they immediately acknowledged my arrival and informed me there would be a wait. No problem. A few minutes later someone pulled up to lane 1. I could hear the same communication that there would be a wait and they would be with them when they could. A while later they thanked me for my time and took my order. Unfortunately, when they did the same thing with lane 1 that customer complained the order from lane 2 was taken before theirs. At the pick up window the staff members were courteous and quick. They got the order out as timely as they could. Only suggestion is to have more staff if possible so the current staff do not get over worked and burned out.

Whopper was very cold. Chicken sandwich had so much mayonnaise on it that it was not edible. Fries were cold. Nothing is what it used to be. They just don't care anymore. This was a nice place to go to a couple of years ago (pre covid) Now no one cares.

1pm and the lobby is closed… apparently the staff decided they only wanted to accept drive thru patrons today… they say short staffing is the reason, but I see like 3 employees just talking and standing around behind the counter. This Burger King always has long lines and wait times. Why is that? All the other burger kings are fast. But this one on Decatur always takes forever just to place an order. And they have 2 drive thru lanes! How does that even make sense! Wish I could give a zero star rating.
