Always great staff & good service. Sometimes the food takes a little longer than usual & I don't trust the drive thru anymore for my order being correct. But we go in because it's clean, the staff is friendly & it's air conditioned.

This is consistently the worst BK/ fast food place in Vegas. The staff is so slow and often messes up food orders. I’ve only come here out of needing food on the go, but I’ll never be back again.

It's about a block from where I work, convenient right? NOT EVEN! Everytime I go there it's something... 1 car in the drive thru at the order speaker, it took just over 5 minutes to take their order. I pull up and I'm asked to "wait a minute". 4 minutes later I say "hello?" Response was "I said wait a minute!" In a loud, rude voice. When she finally deigned to take my order, I asked how long will it take to make a whopper. I was told "it'll take as long as it takes". I didn't order, went home and had a frozen pizza. I will NEVER go back there.
