Went to go have dinner tonight and right when we walked in the hostess tells us that it's going to be a 35 minute wait and I asked politely why so long because there are literally 9 empty tables, clean and waiting to be filled. She would barely give any person walking through the door eye contact but was very quick to tell everyone that it was going to 35 minutes to get a table!! It just confused a lot of people and angered them as well to be told that and to see all of the empty tables..

Came here for lunch after picking up my daughter from the airport. We got there around 2pm on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't very busy and we were seated right away. The server came by and gave us our menus and took our drink order, water and soda. A few minutes later we gave our order to our server. The food came 15 minutes later. The food was good. We both enjoyed the food very much. Our biggest problem was that after the food came out the server never came by 1 time to even see how we were doing or to see if we needed anything else. We flagged her down after we saw her come out. I was nearly done with my food and my daughter was as well. We were so thirsty for something to drink that after we asked for drinks it was still 5 minutes later before what I assume was a manager brought them out to us. Then right after a second manager came out to see if we needed anything else. At this point we were both annoyed. And just asked for the check. Because the little machine on our table didn't work. Not the best of experiences here. Kinda makes me sad because I usually like Applebee's a lot. Like I said the food was good just the service was very sub par. Especially since it really wasn't even busy.

The food was delicious and hot, the drinks came super quick. Our food also came pretty quick as well. Our sever Jonny was awesome!

Food was awesome! Everything was hot and came out correctly and timely. Our server Nina was amazing! She was quick to great us and was very friendly and attentive throughout our meal. Definitely will return to this location!
