I dont know what happened. Come here on occasion and the people who helped me were super nice, but last visit left with bad taste in my mouth. People on shift made me feel unwelcome, didn't offer to test product, and generally just gave off bad vibes.

Went to the Love Store on Craig in North Las Vegas. Fully stocked and very clean inside. Lots of workers willing to assist and answer questions. My lower rating is based on the post it notes one of the workers had on her shirt that read "My knowledge isn't free, tips are welcome" and there was a tip jar on the counter. I had some questions on items in their shop, a tip shouldn't be expected to upsell me on products. Ill be going back to the Love Store, just not this one.

By far best employee's. Very helpful and of course this store is impeccably clean, neat, so organized. Very very well maintained. I heard the employee's talking about how they were reviewing their cameras and they noticed so many shop lifters. ... None that they would have ever expected but that that goes to show you never know what anyone is capable of. Soooooo if you ever feel they are watching, it's not because they're being rude or judgmental. They're doing their job, like anyone of you would do. Great employee's and great shop especially for where it is located. Thankful for their help with everything I needed.

My girlfriend & I came in looking for a strap-on harness due to the excitement of getting a new play toy. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an amazing lady by the name of Monica, who not only gave outstanding customer service but was very pleasant & knowledgable of the products inside of the store. Checkout would have been a breeze,until my girlfriend decided she wanted something sexy(not complaining). Yet & still another amazing employee Olga, was quick to hold our new comfortable strap on at the front desk while she walked along & suggested some very sexy lingerie w/a smile. Thank you guys so much for a wonderful experience. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!!
