What awesome customer service!!! I was doing the New England Dealers association Challenge) from South Carolina. The Clutch cable on my 2013 Ultra broke. Called them as soon as they opened to see if they had the part & if they could fix it. They told me they did have the part. However, the lifts were full but if I could get the bike there they would get me on a lift and get me fixed. I had already arranged a tow but had to wait a couple of hours for the truck. When the driver arrived I called the dealer and Samantha said they'd be ready when I got there. As soon as I arrived they got the bike right in and fixed me up in no time. I was even able to still make a ride and scheduled a stop with my HOG group (on time) over 2 hours away. They ROCK!!!!

Excellent customer service, and a good inventory of parts in stock. Be sure to call ahead for state inspections, as RI has made it very difficult on the shops, and rolling in without an appointment isn't really feasible anywhere.

Went in over this past weekend for annual service on my Sporty and Samantha remembered that I was looking for a bike last year. She asked if I still was because she had the perfect bike for me. I agreed and ended up leaving with a brand new low rider ST! They went above and beyond for me and got the bike ready for me to take home that day. This is the second bike I've bought from them and I use them for service regularly with absolutely no complaints. Definitely recommend them, they are knowledgeable and fair.

From start to finish the Precision team was remarkable! Working with Anthony and the team to secure my husband’s dream bike was an absolute pleasure. We had traveled to many dealerships in NE and Precision immediately felt like visiting extended family. Anthony truly listened to what we were looking for and he was more than accommodating. Not once did we feel that he was was trying to upsale or pressure us. It truly felt like my husband was discussing the pros and cons with a friend rather than a salesman. The owner was on the sales floor the first time we visited and he was very gracious and interested in getting to know us as people rather than just a costumer. We could not speak higher of PHD and we will certainly be making the trek to PHD for all of our service and sales needs in the future.

Its ONLY worth what someone is willing to pay however go to NADA.com for actual dealer values......plus get a comparison on ebay and craigslist for a local idea too
Yes they do just head on down and they will set you up. Good luck and just ride.
