I bought a 2021 Yamaha mt09 sp last month from them. Prices are great with no games. They spend as much time as you need to go over your new bike with you and even helped me load it in my trailer. I also live in Massachusetts so buying out of state requires a-lot of extra registration papers which they filled out for me , I had no issues at all registering my bike when I got home.

Very poor communications. Wanted a oil change and when I showed up at 9am they had a sign on the door saying “Not opening Friday until 9:30am”. Well finally at 9:40 they showed up. After they took my information and inspected my big she took my keys and said we’ll call you when it’s ready. I then asked what time and the lady said sometime next week, but they will call me. Why was I told to be at the shop at 9 and why didn’t they tell me they don’t do same day oil changes. The longest it took to do my previous oil change was 20 minutes. Small shops not anymore!

So, I purchased my first bike from this place late summer. As you can imagine, I was really excited but had that experience temporarily halted because of the poor customer service. Although, Caroline and I eventually established a mutual understanding, I initially did not feel valued as a paying customer. In fact, it was actually the mechanic (an army vet) that restored any hope this place had of still receiving my business (coupled with the fact this was the only place that had my bike in stock over a 500 mile radius). All in all, I hope this place realizes that establishing rapport is just as important as selling a product.
