The staff was kind and quick to help me find what I was looking for, and they took care to make sure I understood everything up front through the entire process. Terrible service. I have a recall on my 2017 explorer. They had the vehicle in for service but REFUSED to take the pictures of the roof rack. We then got a call from one of the reps. The rep left us a voicemail that said "there was some confusion as to whether or not the roof racks were installed" What? makes no sense. They were working on the explorer already. These guys are clowns. Taking my business elsewhere.
