I went to do my motorcycle inspection, Mike helped me fix some minor issues with my bike, I was stunned by the service, I wish I can give them more than 5 stars, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, prices were reasonable, highly recommended.

Never in my life have I had such a terrible customer experience, was ready to make a purchase the day I came in and was met with judgement, attitude, and inexperience. Wouldn't let me test drive a bike that I was ready to purchase and their team ignored me after I started asking questions. Take your business elsewhere if you are shopping for a motorcycle. This ain't it.

Staff wasn't really rude....just kinda dull. Really a disappointing location compared to foxboro not because of size or inventory but because of the people working there. Went up there to look at a bike and it's like they had just been looking for an easy Saturday and we walked in and messed it up for them. I would just suggest going to foxboro.
