Unprofessional and unqualified company. My vehicle was towed by them and they caused damage to my undercarriage exhaust system then denied it and claimed it was already there. Avoid this towing company at all cost if you can or it will cost you more $$$

One of my tow trucks broke down in saugus, as always it was a pleasant experience from the guys in the office to the heavy duty operator who came and towed the truck. Price was fair, service was great all around 5 star. Thanks!

They are a very rude company. Was on a very busy highway late at night and wanted a quick update on a tow. The receptionist or whatever she is was very rude and rushed us. As if we were not already startled from our tire popping on a 60mph highway. They really need to work on their customer service skills will definitely NOT be back. Will make sure to not recommend to family or friends.
