I was nervous to order from here because of the negative reviews I read and i'm big on reviews but i decided to have faith and do so. I ordered an arrangement for my sister -in-law for her birthday today around 11am and at 2:00pm I received a text from her that she received it! I'm sooo happy they came through as I'm in Delaware and she's in Maryland and i couldn't pick it up myself. The service was prompt and they followed instructions from my delivery note which i really appreciate! She was very happy and that makes me happy as well :) Thank you Edible Arrangement in Olney, Maryland.

Absolutely horrible. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here unless you intend on going in person to the store and waiting until the order is completed and taking it to its destination yourself. Their delivery is non-existent as far as I see. I ordered $150 worth of Mother's Day items to be delivered to my mother today on Mother's Day. I placed the order the day before. Nothing. Not a call from them explaining that the order couldn't be delivered. NOTHING. I, like other customers have stated in previous reviews, even tried calling earlier today and the calls kept going to voicemail and the voicemail box was full. I don't even know how I will get a refund other than to go to the shop in person and request one. I certainly don't want my mom to receive her Mother's Day gift the following day when I checked the status and it says out for delivery at 10:00pm on Mother's Day. There are food items involved and how would I know they were stored properly overnight? Why lie and say it is out for delivery at 10:00pm at night? Why not call my mother or I to explain what is going wrong? They never contacted my mom or I this whole time and the new rule is Edible Arrangements will not deliver to neighbors unless specifically requested. So where is this order that is out for delivery at 10:00pm tonight on Mother's Day? Additionally, I requested that they call or text my mother when the items have arrived. Nothing. Not a peep. I am so so so very disappointed, as I am sure my mother is. They could have at least reached out to either of us about their inability to deliver by the 9:00pm deadline they give themselves in the fine print. Thanks for nothing!!! See you soon in person for my refund!

I placed an order on Thursday, April 15.2021. I asked if I could bring a card to attach to the order and they said yes. They delivered the fruit basket without the card and did not even add name of the person sending it! So disappointed!! The card had notes from so many of the recipient’s friends. Was meant for her to read as she recuperates at home. I don’t the people who work at the Edible Arrangements in Olney, MD realize how essential their role is during The pandemic. People are sick and this is one of the few ways friends and family can connect and express love. I can’t even get them on the phone. They only had a recording and for the last 4 days they have not answered it. Pretty bad customer service if you ask me!!

This order started off good, placed my order two days before deliver date, day of delivery I woke up to 5 miss calls, stating they didn’t have what I ordered. I was upset, like how do you allow a order to placed and not have the product? It’s a terrible system! Anyway, the manger reassured me he will fix my order and send my pictures of my new arrangement via text before it’s off to deliver, he was a man of his words, the delivery was made and my friend loved her arrangement.
