Poor sevice cold food and late bring the rest of the food. By the time the food came we were leaving I'd never eat or return there again. I'll go back to the IHop on Rockville pike in Rockville. Never had anything to complain about period.

I was out visiting and ate at IHOP. I was met immediately and my order was taken.. They were very prompt with competing my order. It was less crowded when I went in, which made it more better. There was no long line. The place is very clean and quiet. And the food is great!. I will recommend this place to everyone that I meet. Keep up the Awesome job staff. Great customer service

Horrible. You would think the would be busy but we were 1 of only 3 tables seated. It took us 2 1/2 hours! Not to mention that when one of our party ordered a medium burger she was told by the waitress that chef does not prepare medium. She actually said do u want to get sick? All in all every one of our party of 6 had a problem with their order. One person never got her grits nor did our waitress acknowledge them. Also, we were treated to staff members arguing and one tossing tables and chairs around because he didn't want to sweep. What a terrible Mother's Day. Thanks IHOP

First, the food is fine. No issue there. But the service was terrible. We spent the better part of an hour here just getting lunch. It looks like they don't have enough staff to keep customers waited on. Our waitress was fine, but it looked like she was overwhelmed. The price is right, though.
