This is an overdue review. Man oh man do I love this place. When I first signed up I said to myself wow this feels so luxury. But one person in particular stands out from the staff, that being Rich. Rich is THE MAN! His service is amazing and he is the reason I signed up. He’s not pushy he’s honest and you can tell he likes being there. Conversions with him are always the best, overall I’m glad I switched over. Love this gym. People here are also so motivating. I’ve seen the changes in my body and it’s all because of this place. Shoutout to rich and all the staff!

Both sales reps at Olney are extremely rude and racist. Especially when they see you of color. This is not the first time I have tried to bring one of my family members and they have had terrible experiences. I do not recommend anyone to get a membership with these sales reps. I’ve had a much better experience at the Rockville location. The girls working at the child's center are also extremely rude. How do you work with children and then try to kick my sister out because she is too “old” to be in there. We couldn’t even finish a class because they were going to get us.

This is a large, clean, well-lit club with a lot of machines and weights. I highly recommend this gym! Edit: While I like the club a lot, I have removed two stars from my review due to the club hours. 10PM is too early to close on weeknights, and the club is not open in the evening at all on the weekend. A lot of value of my membership is lost because I need to either alter my schedule to go to the gym, or I'm forced to not go at all due to club hours. During COVID restrictions, this was perhaps more excusable, but now the hours should be expanded back to a more typical 11PM or 12AM closing time during the week at a minimum.

Love this gym and so glad it’s opened here! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the space is always impeccably clean and they take feedback which is also awesome. At one point the music was quite loud and after mentioning it to the manager it’s been more reasonable ever since. Little things like that add up, we love this gym!
