Junior was the best. I was a bit picky about what I wanted and with zero inventory to choose from, you would think that Junior would have just sent us on our way. But instead he made it his mission to get the car I wanted. I did have to wait a while to get it, but Junior kept us informed about the timeline and even had the car delivered since, in the interim, we had moved to the mountains. I had been in the process of searching for my dream car for months now. I had been to multiple Toyota dealerships to look for my dream car the Corolla hatchback. Talked to multiple other dealerships trying to rip me off and mark up the price insanely high. I came across Fred Anderson and gave them a try, having the pleasure of meeting Lindsay Magnotta. She was very nice and had my best interests at heart. The car is a highly sought after car and it’s a very scarce car to grab no matter where you are. I waited patiently for some time due to more having to come in from Japan. She not only got me my dream car she went and got my the XSE in a manual which was fulfilling of my dream car. She even threw in free packages as a convenience for my patience of waiting for that time. I was in and out the dealership in less than an hour or two. They even got the financing company to knock off some months off but keep my payments the exact same. I am satisfied with my purchase and I would definitely purchase another car from them in the future if I ever need one or something new catches my eye (might not be too long lol)

Best dealership in the Triangle! Our experience with Donald and his team at Fred Anderson was one of a kind. We found an SUV online that we were interested in, walked into the dealership 30 minutes before closing on a Friday night and left with the car of our dreams! Not only was the business clean, inviting, and cheerful, but more importantly reasonable. You wont find service anywhere else like it in the Raleigh area. Shout out to salesman Donald who took the time to walk us through the buying process patiently and with compassion. We are SO grateful for our 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the wonderful folks at Fred Anderson that made it possible!
