If you need trailer work then I've heard they're pretty good but really the only game in town. My place of work has been using Utility for a lot of years to get trailer parts and they use to be great but for the last couple years they're horrible. Parts desk can't even look up parts in inventory themselves they must call corporate. We've gotten more wrong parts in the past year than we've gotten in the course of a 15 year period. And as far as getting an inspection sticker it's a hit or miss. Sometimes they have time sometimes not. And their employees seem to have an attitude like your interrupting them solving cancer.
