I walked in to rent a 10x10 unit after looking online and seeing one available, to find out it wasn't available anymore. The woman working explained the website lists multiple locations and also there is a delay in updating website after the available unit had already been taken. She was very happy to look in the system to help me find something and found a unit that would be becoming available the next day. She took my number with a promise to call me the next day, and followed through just as I was told. Booked me over the phone so I wouldn't have to wait for Monday when office was going to be open again and I was able to load over the weekend. Couldn't get better than that, thanks Karen.

The ladies who you got working there are great ! but your price increase in the past two years is ridiculously high ! And you will end up losing tenants over this ! You do have a lot of competition ! I have been a tenant for over 13 years ! But I don't know how much longer !
