This campground was one of the best we’ve stayed at. The hosts, and everyone we interacted with, were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. From the moment of booking our spot, they communicated well, even during our stay, keeping us updated on the wind and fire warnings. The site itself is well kept and very clean! Great bathrooms and showers. There is not a lot of shade yet, but newly planted trees will help that in the future. The location is excellent if you’re looking to explore a Bryce Canyon and Escalante Grand Staircase. We will come back again!

We headed to the Bryce National Park and looked for a spot not too expensive. We found one for $45 about 45 minutes drive from the park. Bryce Valley Ranch was more expensive ($57 with goodsam) but was a 15 minutes from the park and with the price of gas today it made more sense to us. The place is 2 years old. Looks brand new. Everything is nice and clean. Never seen such a clean Beth hose!!!!!! Super friendly. There is a small store at the main building. There's a supermarket 5 minutes away in the town. They are at the side of a hill so we had to put 3 yellow blocks under the wheels on one side (3.5 inches) and that's all. Gravel. Picnic table and amazing fire pit with a grill on it. Loved the place. Would come again if in the neighborhood.... We recommend this park if you are visiting the Bryce or just in the area. SUPER!!!

Exceptional RV park. Super helpful and friendly staff who went over and above to make our 4 week stay one to remember. Super clean and spacious bathrooms, showers, and laundry. We have been travelling 6 months and this is the best shower facilities we have encountered. The lots are nice and big and the scenery is spectacular. Great location close to Bryce National Park and close enough to Zion for day trips. You’ll definitely enjoy your stay here.

Beautiful and clean facility. We stayed for 3 days with our horses and dogs. The management team gave us plenty of helpful information about where to ride and how to make the most of our trip. They provided lovely sandy stalls and space to turn our horses out and let them stretch their legs. We had a great set up under the trees for our group to cook together and hang out. Would definitely stay again! The staff runs a tight ship, in order to do so they are sticklers on a few things, so plan to spend a few minutes at check in getting an overview of the facility, keep your dogs on a leash/tether, and your horse in their designated spot.

Thanks for your question and no we are private property. If you plan to ride in Bryce Canyon National Park on the Peek a Boo trail yes weed free is required. There is no where up here to buy weed free so bring it with you or buy cubes or pellets from feed store before arriving. See link for more info on riding in Bryce. https://nps.gov/brca/planyourvisit/horse.htm
