Very rude when I went through drive through. I know there are supply chain issues across the country but instead of saying what your out of, try and up sale me on another item. Also I should have to wait back in line when they don't get the order correct. Will be going to other locations until issues are addressed

This is absolutely the best KFC in the seacoast area! Fast, friendly and delicious. I prefer this over the combination KFC/Taco Bell stores because they concentrate on chicken instead of trying to do both.

Trash literally sitting next to me, napkins are empty, straws are empty, lids almost empty. Blaring music in the back and shouting to each other. I’m scared. I would give no stars but I can’t, very disappointed😒

Went to KFC Rochester for lunch, got there too early (11:30) and the meal was old, cold and soggy. BUT the chicken was tasty. Can only imagine what it would have tasted like if it were fresh. Fries saved the review from being a one as they were fresh, hot and crunchy like they should be. Really do not have much luck with this food chain.

How about look in the bag before you take off. Mistakes happen. I know it sucks but if your worried double check. Most people learn to do that if they've had an issue before. Staff their have always been friendly and helpful. Also if you had an issue call the store and I'm sure they will try to make up for it.
Because last week it wasn't I think it's coming down to how many people show up that day
