They cannot understand NO MAYO! I’ve never seen anything like it in my life! My wife and daughter have allergies and have NEVER received the correct order from this location. I don’t think this is asking for too much.

Our oven konked out suddenly last night so fast food it is (unplanned!) for myself, husband, 2 grandchildren who live with us, and boyfriend of one granddaughter. Let me just say... I hardly EVER give 5* reviews on fast food joints but this... was THE VERY BEST fast food meal I have ever had in my 67 years!! In order, our experience was as follows: 1. The NEAT packaging of food and condiments in bags 2. The order was (this is a big +) 100% CORRECT! 3. The food was packaged perfectly and neat, with plenty of napkins (guess they recognized us!) and burgers (Singles with cheese) were ON the buns not falling off one side... you know what I mean!! Same goes for the lettuce etc... The ketchup was just the right amount... The fries... perfectly salted and just the exact amount of crispiness!! Hubby got the fries with cheese and bacon bits and I almost got a bit jealous as he ate with eyes closed and "mmm'd" his way through them before I could get a pic!! 4. TASTE... oh.my.goodness. I loved my single with fries SO MUCH it took me nearly an hour to deeeevour as slowly as possible because it was THAT GOOD!! Even the g'kids & Co. mentioned how good it was (they are bigger critics than I am!) 5. After a while, I said to hubs... well, that was SUCH an enjoyable meal... I really enjoyed everything... to which he replied... Oh no wait - he didn't reply... because he was fast asleep as is customary when he's got a content belly!! This review is definitely for possible customers, but more I wanted to direct it to all the employees... GREAT JOB, and a big thank you too!

The woman working today was smiling and so polite! The fries were hot and the bacon fresh on my baconator fries. Also, the biggie bag was fresh and hot as well. I love when you go to fast food and nothing taste likes it's been sitting there 👌🔥

The order was easy taken at the drive up...I.did not have to repeat it several times. The order came out fine. "As ordered" We have done the drive up and sat inside as well several times recently. I find the staff works nicely together as a team. They actually like there coworkers and like there job ...it shows!!!! The food is prepared and presented as expected. Good Job!!!
