We took our grand children, ages 4 1/2 and 2 1/2 this past weekend. We purchased tickets for Saturday, but because it was raining pretty heavily, they kindly allowed us to reschedule to Sunday. We still got rained on, but not as much as if we had gone Saturday. The kids seemed to enjoy themselves. They got to feed the moose and pet a pig and rabbits. Our granddaughter told us later in the evening that she wanted to go see the chickens again. :-). I admit that I’ve lived in the Butte for 16 years and that was the first time I visited the reindeer farm. Perfect little outing for children.

What a cute place to be! My Airbnb host recommended this place and I’m so glad we came. The farm is located in front of many majestic mountains so the scenery is fantastic. All the staff there are also super friendly — you get to feed and pet the animals on the self-guided tour. The reindeers can get quite excited about the feed! I recommend spending at least 2 hours here :)

My family loved visiting the farm. Our tour guide, Jake, was amazing and funny. You could tell he cares about his work. Learning about the history of the farm and the family that operates it was great. Definitely recommend checking them out if you're in the area.

A MUST see when you are in the Palmer area! The farm is super easy to get to even in the winter. The staff are very informative and super friendly! The star is Rocky the moose who loves to give moose kisses! This is such a wonderful experience to see reindeer so close. It's so worth it and you get plenty of time to feed them up close. There is also a bison, some elk, yaks and some alpacas! It was such a great time, even in the frigid cold! Dress in layers!

But the family have gone way out to show everybody a good time and their tours are great. They're in the process of doing a lot of upgrades to the place mainly the buildings they're turning the old barn into a meeting place it'll have coffee shops in it snacks and a lot of good new stuff people really enjoy it I really highly recommend going and seeing him it's something that you will never forget
