Worst McDonald’s experience in awhile. They messed up everyone’s order and we’re extremely slow. People from the drive though having to come inside due to forgotten items.

15 Minutes for apple pie and coffee. The front manager kept disappearing to the back there were plastic dishes all over the floor …tripping hazard …she kept walking right past them …and when my order was done I let her know it was 15 minutes for just coffee and a pie and she turned her back to me while saying sorry… Seemed to be complete chaos with only four cars in drive-through and two customers with orders at the counter.

Worse service ever!!! Even when I worked there it was bad. The general manager was very rude and manipulative to all employees. I feel bad for leaving my crew behind but I can't take it there anymore. Anytime I would try and call out they would tell me come in anyway (DURING COVID!) and sometimes I would get hung up on when I would call in. If I could give a negative rating it would be -5 stars. All around the food sucked, cleaning was terrible, and working there was even worse. I feel bad for the teens that choose this as their first job. They made it hard for me to go and find another job.

This updated McDonalds is really nice. Today we tried the new order boards. I am not sure they are faster but it was easy and user friendly for the most part. The card reader didn’t work so we had to pay at the counter, but the food came out as we were sitting down and was really good!
