The receptionists need an attitude adjustment. Every time you call they act like they could careless. I wish I read all the reviews about the staff who answers phones and at the desks before I brought my child here. 😔 the doctors are great but the front needs all new employees.

Doctors are great and we appreciate their help! However, the young lady who acts as a receptionist is rude and always hard to deal with. She sounds unhappy with her job or just life in general. I wish she would leave there so she doesn't permanently interrupt what has been 40 years of a pleasant relationship! If not for her this would be a 5 star rating!

No issues at appt we had but tried to call the 24 hour triage line tonight and was given a busy signal four times. Nothing like need a triage nurse or MD in an uncertain situation just to get a busy signal. Thank God my mom is a nurse and triaged her for me since dover peds didn’t answer also the exams room was hot as heck my kid and I were dripping in sweat

Both my kids have gone to this office for years . My daughter had her physical today and I was not impressed. Seemed all they cared about was how much screen time my twelve year old gets then actual medical issues !
