Honestly very disappointed with the experience. Firstly, I mistakenly made my reservation for gel and changed to dip and was spoken to sternly by the staff member in charge of this. Then, I made a reservation for 3 people and the 3rd person in my party arrived a few min later than the other 2 of us. I let my pedicurist know that the 3rd person was coming soon and they assured me that the 3 of us could sit in the 3 seats in the back of the salon. Despite this, the 3rd person was seated on the opposite side of the salon. Lastly, the quality of the regular pedicure I got here is the worst I’ve ever experienced. The pic I’ve attached is 1 week after my visit.

I just had a manicure, pedicure and my eyebrows worked on at the salon. Kim who did the manicure and pedicure did a fantastic job. She is truly a professional at her craft. I apologize for not getting the young lady’s name who did the eyebrows but she also was very good at her craft. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs this type of service.

I have been going to this place ever since I was a kid. There service is always excellent. I usually get a mani and pedi. they make sure to clean u up, massage u, and do your nails very nicely. Designs are also done with precision. They do it all with reasonable prices. Will recommend to anyone.

Gaelic is hands down the best nail salon in Boston, and probably even the state of MA! I started coming here in 2018 and got put with Lee, the owner. My gel nails lasted 3 weeks, anywhere else I had gone I was lucky to get 1 week out of them. I returned back when I was due and I asked to see the same technician as last time. Lee and I got chatting, and I told her how thrilled I was to finally find someone who could actually make a gel manicure last. She was so appreciative and told me she trains all of her employees to do it the same, so every customer gets a good manicure. From then on, I was able to see different technicians if Lee was busy, and I have never had a bad manicure in the past 3.5 years. They also have a great appointment booking system. Go to Gaelic!
