After ordering deck flooring, we were told it would be delivered on Monday morning. Monday turned into Tuesday and then Tuesday turned into Wednesday morning first thing. It has still not been delivered and when we attempt to contact Aaron at their Old Seward location it goes to voice-mail and we have no idea when it will show up. So frustrating, especially when you are trying to get a project completed.

They said to call them to schedule my installation. I have been calling customer service all day and no one will answer. I called ‘installations’ number and the computer operator just hangs up the call after saying ‘connecting you’. The appliance is already paid for and now I cannot contact Lowe’s at all- have to go in person to schedule an appointment.

Update 4.4.22: I found the Mr Heater Tough Buddy I had been seeking for my home back-up & for camping. 👍 Pretty much whatever I need, I can find it at Lowe's. Friendly, knowledgeable folks.

Great service! We had some wood to cut and the employee was super quick. My only issue during this visit was at the checkout, none of the employees would listen to me. It took 5 Lowe's employees to lookup the price on a piece of plywood. I offered twice to show them the stack I pulled the plywood from, but they all refused. After 5-10 minutes they finally had the right item and price. Lowe's your employees did everything right except they didn't listen to the customer. I highly suggest having the bar codes printed on the wood, but that may be a manufacture issue to resolve. Otherwise I got what I wanted even if it took a bit longer to checkout.
