It’s very dirty and dusty. The equipment is worn out, broken, and yes chewed on. There were far too many kids and no one making rounds to ensure safety. Kids were climbing on bars and jumping off. You can’t depending on parents to tell their kids no, they watched in amusement. Two jump areas aren’t accessible as they look broken down. I guess this is why you sign the waiver.

This place is a safety nightmare. The Google review pictures that are seen first reflect a place from several years ago that no longer exists. There is absolutely no staff supervision or even observation of the area (in older pics look for the referee shirts, so it appears they did once). I have been to parks with similar risk liability waivers, and yet they still at least observed the floor rather than remaining at the desk. There is no attempt at sign in by the staff to call attention to safety or covid protocols. There is signage and a waiver line about a safety video the was a required watch, but were only told when we verbally asked about it to the desk staff that it was not working so not available. .In the age of covid, there are no protocols enforced here. There is virtually no signage expressing any covid protocols. A local competitor Shockwave explicitly states a mask and social distancing policy. There was virtually no mask use, it was overcrowded. The only thing it had going was some air replacement through its venting systems. This will be a definite breeding ground for omicron infections in early 2022. Equipment was dilapidated, fading, and wearing - with especially concerning rips and tears in the safety nets. Height restrictions were not enforced allowing littles to cross paths with high schoolers on the main floor (which the littles were on paper and thru the cursor merge service number explicitly not allowed to be on). Especially distressing was an acti e construction zone (they were replacing a major section with a massive slide structure) with equipment strewn about, laughable attempt to cordon off with no caution tape and just tables - think if a little got a hand on a screwdriver or saw...as expressed earlier there was no supervision of the floor. Safety from a security standpoint is non existent. In order to use the restroom, children have to walk through a gate at the front desk around and out of view of the main floor. This gate is right next to the entrance to the outside. Someone could easily walk off with a strangers kid.

I love trampoline parks and I know a good one from a bad one. Hoping this place is just understaffed but the trampolines and walkways were disgusting and poorly managed... Way overdue for a cleaning and every runway trampoline sounded like a spring was going to fly off, some even rusty. Paid for 2 hours, stayed for 15 minutes.
