You will at a minimum need a new deed that has been signed by you both and the signatures have been witnessed and stamped by a notary, a local check to pay registration fees, any money needed to pay for Real Estate Transfer Taxes ( unless the transaction is exempt ), and ID (license ). There are free or affordable deed templates available online if you wish to save the expense of hiring someone to prepare the new deed.
