Moose Creek Campground

It's a great local campground for those who need to get away but not too far away. It's close to the highway so camp sites nearer the river fill fastest. Sites near the road will hear many trucks pass by. Several sites are side by side for groups who want to be together but several of them are occupied by individuals not using it for that purpose (one spot was just storing a camping trailer). The entrance isn't manned and I saw no hook-ups. The river and hiking trails are scenic and interesting.

Well maintained, easy access. Beautiful area!

The river trails are so beautiful. We loved our camp and only a short trail to get to it the water. Bathrooms clean. The only thing is not all the sites have a table and burn pit.
