Great staff, good selection not a huge store. It was clean, I guess everything else is the same as other best buys. Was disappointed in the selection, but it's because of space.

I went to the Tikaknu Best Buy to look at car stereos and the woman at the front of store said someone would be right over. I waited 25 min and no one came. I went up to the front again and a man said someone would be right over. I waited 15 more minutes. There were 5 workers helping no one. I went to the Diamond Best Buy and they were right there to help, answered my questions, and I bought one and set up installation. Shame on Tikatnu Best Buy. They lost my business. I understand that workers are different nowadays but it’s all about helping customers and Tikaknu Best Buy doesn’t help.

Would give zero stars if I could. Bought my wife a $1000+ laptop the last week of September. The salesman talked me into the very expensive Total Tech membership claiming that it would cover accidental damage. It says as much online and in the literature I'm provided. Fast forward to this week. My wife dropped her laptop. I take it in, and I'm told the accidental damage clause of the policy didn't go into effect until October. If I'd have bought a week later then I would have been covered. Same plan. Same price. But a week early. If the salesman had told me to wait a week, I would have. Instead, he lied to me to get a sale. I cancelled my total tech membership and got a measly $50 prorated refund and my wife now has a busted laptop. Liars and crooks with no willingness to assist. Best Buy has lost my business. They lied to me. They will lie to you. And people wonder why physical stores are losing business? With customer service like this, who needs enemies. Should have purchased on Amazon. Will be sure to do so moving forward.

I purchased a warranty on a Dyson vacuum which malfunctioned. I scheduled an in store appointment and when I returned the vacuum they told me it was out of stock and tried to sell me a new one for $400 more than I originally paid stating that was all they could do. They also said that the vacuum I had would not be in stock for 2 years. I went home and ordered the same exact model I had from the website with the gift card they gave me and it'll be here in 2 days! I'm not sure if I should avoid Best Buy's warranty program or just this store in general but this was not a good experience.

Best accessory for iPhone, a new Android to replace your iPhone lol. Seriously though, yeah, lots of iPhone stuff, if not Apple brand then aftermarket.

Yes. They will help you or you could watch a YouTube video. After installing malware bytes on hundreds of clients computers I would say you made a great choice. It should be a plug and play. All.you have to do is check the accept button and install.
