I have had David come to do a couple of my inspections and there are not enough words to describe his work. He goes above and beyond the needed just inspection. I had squirrels living in my 3rd floor apartment, in the walls. Because I have tenants living there, I was more than anxious to have them removed. From beginning to end, Freedom Pest Control was very professional. They know what they're doing. Andy and his crew came out and assessed the situation. They told me the different stages...trapping squirrels on the ground, putting in a one way door at the entry point, then closing off the area. The whole process was time consuming but very effective. To do the job right, they had their crews come out many times during the different stages and did the majority of the work from the outside. Any questions I had were immediately answered by Mary in the office, who was always friendly and helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
