Viking Pest Control was a pleasure to do business with. From their customer service agents, to the pest control worker Stanly they did a great job while at my home. I decided on their Premiere Service that covered over 60+ insects, Termites, Ticks also called YG for yard Gaurdian, and Automatic Rodent detection device which alerts Viking directly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year, that If I have a rodent problem and they call me to come out immediately to take care of the issue. My only concern with the automatic rodent control detection is that they put them in my basement but the service technician could not get any service down in my basement and had to keep coming up stairs to connect each eye to my wi-fi because no service in the basement. When I asked Stanly how are the eyes going to work with out reception, and I was assured that they were connected to my wi-fi and are working properly. When I went down to my basement after the service technician left I could not find any one of the 3 eyes, but only 3 mouse traps but after a half hour of looking for the 3 eyes I gave up! I called Viking to let them know that and was told that they would have the technician Stanly call me right away. I’m still waiting for the call!! Besides that Also unlimited service calls for any insect or rodent activity which is included in the Premier service. We now feel Better that our home and yard is protected 365 days a year by Viking Pest Control who knows the pest control business we feel better then any other company! We would recommend Viking to anyone looking for a great pest control company! Thank you Viking!!!

So happy I called Viking when I started to see cave crickets in our house. The salesperson Anthony set me up with a plan that allows me to call anytime we have any sort of infestation, and being that we live across from a farm and surrounded by protected wet lands, we get bugs! Stan (Somerville office maybe?) came out on the day he was scheduled. While he was running a little behind, he did give me a call to let me know. When he got here I could tell I was in the right hands as he clearly takes pride in his work. He talked me through the process of what he was doing, explained the habits and characteristics of the crickets, and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I look forward to my pest control relationship with Viking!
