I want to preface this by saying that every individual representative I spoke with was GREAT. Now that that's out of the way, I have a lot of issues with the phone system and business. First- charging someone a $10 fee because of an account holder's death is pretty tacky. Second, and most importantly in my opinion, when a representative transferred me to another group I would get dumped back into the automated verification system and asked if [phone number] was the number associated with my account. Both times, it was a number other than my own, and I suspect it was the phone number of the previous associate helping me. I really hope that it was their work-only number because if you are releasing private employee contact information to your customers, that is a liability NIGHTMARE. Please do better. Finally, with the amounts you're charging your customers, you can afford professional voice recordings and not the crackly recordings I've been hearing over and over for the last hour, but I'll admit I'm just being petty at this point.

My name is Denise Dummont. I just sold my house and I am trying to stop the services on the house and start a new one in my new house. This has been a night mare. A just simple request and there are nobody qualified on eversource to take care of this simple request. Last Friday, they kept me on call for one hour transfer one by one representative and then the hang off the call. Today I called again and they transfer me 4 times and of course I have to wait the call to be answer and then nobody could help me after 30 minutes on hold. It is frustrate to have a poor company like eversource responsible to provide energy for us. I am very very frustrated. I trying to do online and a screen shot appeared stating this service cannot be done online. It is unbelievable. Looks like they like to play with costumer, making fun, joking. I am so disappointed.

Absolute scam. Ridiculous prices. Not willing to work with customers like they advertise. Highly recommend not doing business with Eversource if possible.

I had a extremely good experience with Eversource Customer Service. I spoke with Delgis to sort out some stuff on my bill and it went smoothly and we figured out the problem real quick. She even said Happy Thanksgiving at the end of the call. 5 Stars all day long.
