Every time I go in there it seems like everybody wants to try and help you. To me that's a great staff and I always try and give my business to that period we have been doing a lot of home renovations lately and everyone there has always been top notch helpful. That's my experience I experience I hope everybody else has at least the decent experience.

I was at the Home Depot in West Springfield and a worker named Angie from the hardware department went way beyond to help me. I asked two different workers where an item was and was told two different locations then Angie asked if I needed help I told her what I needed and she walked me directly to the item. I didn't know who the manager was but hopefully someone sees this from that store and tells her she helped me and I appreciated the gesture.

I went there to purchase some marble wall tiles. However all the tiles were damaged. I requested assistant from a homedepot employee. He was not very friendly. He did not wanted to bend down to assist me in locating non broken boxes of tiles. He was busy eatting his snacks. Even when I told him I recently had back surgery post op 2 1/2 weeks. My friend had to plead with him to help us. After 3-5min he agreed to assist us begrudgingly. Horrible customer service. This place is definitely not ADA frequently
