Called about my oven not working. Able to get an appointment the following day. Repair man access problem and advise the price to repair. He was honest and said the age of range wouldn't advise repair. Just had to pay service call fee. Would definitely recommend to family and friends to use advantage appliance repairs

In January of 2022 we had Advantage Appliance Repair come to our home and repair out washing machine. Only 3 months later the same issue is happening again due to the shoddy repair job that was done. Upon contacting customer service to rectify the situation we were told there is nothing that could be done and we would have to shell out another $300 to have the same repair made. We definitely expected better out of such a highly rated company. We are highly disappointed in their service and will not be working with them again. If you need any work done on your washer, try DIY next time, the work will be done better, and it will put them out of business.
