Ashley was working her tail off but stopped to help us pick the right pet. She was hopping all over the store and still took the time to explain why we should get a hamster instead of mice. I'm really grateful she did that. Besides that wonderful experience, the handful of times we've visited the store, it has been a clean and fun experience.

When making a appointment to get your dog groomed be sure to not make it in the morning. Had an appointment at 8 in the morning was there 15 minutes before, and nobody was there in the grooming area to take you. Went back in my truck to wait till 8 still nobody there. Finally at 8:05 someone walks through the door to take me and my dog, only after I had to manually open the sliding. For my dog to be looked at, after getting through the paperwork they start doing their inspection of my dog they find a bite mark that happened 6 months ago! Lady behind the desk wanted to argue with me that it was sooner as if she was there and a actual vet. She then proceeds to squeeze my dogs nose making it pus out as if she has any idea what she was doing. Now we have to go and get re looked at by the vet and my dog is in pain when she wasn’t before. If I was you I would make this your last choice to take your dog. Lord only knows what they do when people aren’t there looking.

I took two puppies in for their first grooming experience. They were handled with care and experience. I was very satisfied and would not hesitate to use them again.

They were really good at helping me get a ferret on Christmas while busy, the lady that helped me was very nice and had background knowledge on ferrets (she use to own some) which was helpful. The only thing I didn't care for is when I asked if I had all the basic beginner supplies the guy said yes without looking. I forgot a water bowl and food bowl, and also got some things that weren't needed. Besides that they were nice.
