Looks like a hole in the wall. Well...it is a hole in the wall. But the pizza tastes good. WAY out does the decor. Don't worry about what the place looks like, just enjoy the food. It is worth it!

I really enjoyed the lasagna plenty of sauce made that so delicious! The wait was not a problem for me because I was aware and fine with it and it felt pretty quick for my order to arrive, delivery guy was funny and there was no customer service issues with the lady on the phone.

Hopefully mine was just a one time thing…the online ordering was simple and quick; pizza and chicken wings. ETA was 45 minutes. The woman I spoke with to update the order status an hour after I submitted the order, was not so quick and easy. I asked how much longer, she replied as long as it takes they are busy on Friday nights. An hour and half went by and I asked to cancel the order, she replied no refund. About 10 minutes later the order arrived. It had cooled off, pizza wasn’t really flavorful and the wings weren’t cooked all the way through. As a first timer and a $38 meal, I wouldn’t go back.

Wait time and customer service were lacking but pizza was amazing!! I ordered a pizza and alfrado at 3 for pick up at 4:45 and arrived at 5:10 (because I saw reviews say wait time was long) anyway my order still wasn't ready and I waited an additional 15- 20 minutes. It was a small order that I ordered two hours early and it still wasn't ready until 45 minutes after I had scheduled it for pickup. To be far the pizza was delicious and unique. I just wish I hadn't had to wait so long.
