When I finally saw the doctor, I was satisfied with his diagnosis and review of my shoulder x-rays. however, your posted waiting time is not true to the time being seen. It was well over an hour and half to be seen by the doctor. you advertised 8 minutes on your building digital sign.

Our care was amazing. We did not have to wait at all and were treated and diagnosed and prescribed in 1 hour. Script was called in ahead and was ready for pickup. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t recommend them enough.

Needed help with a sciatic joint issue. Couldn't walk, my wife had to help me. We went to Seabrook Emergency, check in was quick. The nurse was awesome. At the exam room, Dr Hope came in and what a wonderful human being. He immediately examined my back. He ordered medication, i was feeling better within 2 hours. They are fantastic. Thank you, I finally slept a full night.

The doctors, nurses, technicians, at the ER were so efficient, professional and caring. I was in a environment where my health and well being were their number one priorities. I felt “safe” in the hands of qualified and caring individuals. Feeling cared about, feeling safe, feeling confident in the people around you, are very important vibes. I cannot thank the staff enough, they were all wonderful.

Emergency Rooms pretty much accept all insurances. I've never seen a policy that doesn't have an ER benefit.
There has been a lot of speculation about this Hospital and if insurance is due actually in fact cover your visit here because it's not a hospital emergency room it's a freestanding emergency room some insurances look at it as it's own entity my mother was just there he has Cigna and they sent us a huge bill I also believe there is a lawsuit going out to prh Seabrook emergency room from the state of New Hampshire and from the state of Massachusetts because they are overcharging patients and most insurances don't accept it as an emergency room visit because it is free-standing
