This is a great location for an overnight stop. No frills. Easy pull through full hook-up sites. Big Rigs ok if you unhook. Friendly staff. $25 Good Sam discount. Several long-term workers, that were friendly as well. This was our 2nd visit over the years and will stay again.

KEEP DRIVING! I don’t know how these grumpy people claim to run an rv site when it might as well be a trailer dump rent site. When I called to inquire about staying two weeks because on their website they offer weekly as well as monthly rates I was told “I don’t think he’ll let you stay that long”. After arriving who is going to stop me? No one was in the office even though the sign said open. You are supposed to just leave your money for your spot. Which the lady claimed she knew nothing about even though the man I spoke to the day before stated he just pulled my envelope. After arriving people clearly stay months at a time. If your not in the inside group you’re not welcome? The grounds are extremely poor kept, every water spicket leaks, no one picks up after their dogs but heaven forbid you drop the leash your dog walks on (even though a long term residents never have their dogs never on leash). They claim they have wifi but even the manager states she can’t get on it. I never attempted their “other amenities” after seeing doors and buildings in shambles it didn’t feel safe. I feel bad for anyone attempting to have these people watch their belongings as the trailer left here clearly is left unlocked and the manager comes and goes as she pleases. Do not stay here!

Called 8 times and no answer, but a voice mailbox that stated they have plenty availability and no need to have reservations due to it not being their busy season. I finally left a message because I was worried they wouldn’t have any availability and I wanted to give them a heads up we were coming due to us traveling with a total of 3 campers. Never heard back. Upon arriving, I was met with a woman in the office. I nicely asked her if they had any open spots. She proceeded to laugh and belittle me for even asking such a question. Then asks if I’m the one who called about the 3 campers. I said yes. Then the conversation goes as follows: Woman: “I called you back, didn’t you get my message?” Me: “No ma’am, I never received a call.” Woman: “Yes, you did get my call, you just never answered it or your messages.” Me: “I’m sorry, but I never did get a call or a message. If you are full we will keep moving down the road.” Woman: “good luck finding anything this late (3:30pm), everywhere is booked” We found 3 pull through, full hookup spots no problem at RV Rolling on Home 2 miles down the road. I have never left a review this terrible in my life. Probably the worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my 34 years. The woman I spoke with was extremely rude and I would not recommend this place to anyone if she is the one running this operation. I refuse to give any business my money than can’t show a little respect to their customers. This was our first stop in Utah and it has gave me a terrible first impression. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would.

Minimalist probably describes it best. Gravel internal roads and pads, fairly level. No scenery. Water, power and optional dump. No charge showers and toilets available. Fine for our overnight stay while passing through. Easy access to U.S. 15. No staff detected. $30/night, $25 with Good Sam. Honor system.

Questions & Answers

Are they open year around? Many places are closed after the end of September. If so, can you recommend another place in Nephi.
