Very rude and almost cruel customer service. I went on a hiking girls trip and got back really late and let my dog out etc, she came back in covered in skunk spray at 3am!!!! Didn't have time to get my stuff out of my hiking backpack which I was doubling as a purse and went in to get skunk stuff for my fur baby only to get accused of shop lifting and wanting to search my bag etc and I always felt uncomfortable there for the last 5 yrs like I was being watched.... guess I wasn't paranoid after all ... Bc once I tossed my bag to the old lady out of sheer frustration and disgust she didn't hesitate to dive right in and God forbid I get an apology when she realizes that it's nothing but my belongings!!!!
