I found the camper trailer I wanted at a good price. Since I live in a neighboring state, Lonny worked with me over the phone to finalize my sales agreement. I wanted to pick it up right away, so Lonny was able to have it ready when we agreed. There are a couple minor issues (factory issues) but Lonny is working with me to ensure they are resolved by a local Forest River dealer. Overall, I am happy with my experience and I love my new camper trailer.

My wife and I drove out to Carbon Emery RV on a whim, after unsuccessfully trying to find a unit locally in Western Colorado that we liked. I called at noon on a Saturday and Taylor answered. He was very helpful on the phone and he did 100% of the leg work, took pictures, made notes, looked up specs ALL before we drove 2 1/2hrs to meet with him. We arrive at 3pm and was promptly greeted and went to work finding our brand new toy hauler. After looking at several we decided on a model and chose a date to come back, sign, get financing all squared away and leave with it. About a week later they had a used model come in that was even better suited to our needs / wants and Taylor made all the changes, did what needed to be done and made it happen! Our overall experience was outstanding, Taylor went above and beyond for us and we will gladly make the 5hr round-trip again when it comes time for another toy hauler! Our salesman Casey was very friendly and not your typical pushy salesman and was very patient with us in deciding what trailer best fit us and answered all our questions. Besides Casey being super awesome. There whole staff was really great. The buying experience was very easy and we would purchase again from them. Worth the drive!
