We recently had a 3rd major repair done to our GD Imagine travel trailer at Bill Plemmons in Rural Hall. Four months after purchase we had a limb fall during a storm fall on top and break a couple of roof rafters. Last year, we had a small hole in our roof that went undetected for a spell that caused water damage. When we noticed it was a soft spot on the roof close to a corner. Bill Plemmons had to tear off the roof membrane and replace plywood that had degraded. At the time the damage seemed localized and no interior or side damage was noticeable. This year as we were prepping our trailer for the upcoming camping season we noticed that we had some delamination (siding pulling away). On each occasion Russ Carroll has handled the management of my repairs. He has gone to bat for us with the insurance on the original claim and in this instance had to work with the insurance company to reopen our claim to include the latest damage that did not manifest until later. As a representative of Bill Plemmons I have found him to be painfully honest, no BS and very thorough. Because of the current supply chain issues the repair took longer than I was hoping but Russ kept me in the loop. On each occasion, there were small things that needed additional attention and as soon as I pointed them out Russ had a mechanic come out and take care of it immediately. In today's world I would rather deal with someone that was straightforward and honest than placate me with BS.

We bought our RV from Bill Plemmons 3 years ago, and have never had anything negative to say about them. Sales and service have always been great. The service manager, Russ, returns calls and answers all our questions. The service has been completed within the quoted time frame each time, and we have had some giant service jobs (insurance claims 🙁) with them. Today was a simple annual inspection, and a simple concern about our camera system that is 2 yrs old. Mark Brady came out, did the troubleshooting, narrowed it down, and changed out our camera. All because we had a question. He exceeded our expectations and got us back on the road quickly. We will never regret buying from them, and they will be our first choice when it’s time to upgrade our RV.

In May 2022, We found a used 5th Wheel Toy Hauler on the lot. The salesman was nice and Eddie H. assisted with writing up the paperwork. Our credit was ran and everything was set to pick up the RV the following Thursday. On the Saturday prior to that Thursday, we received a call from Eddie H. He informed me that they could not sell us the unit after they pulled it in and did an inspection of it. Eddie H. advised the unit had extensive water damage and could not be sold. Seems that an inspection would have been done when they received it from the trade-in. So basically the unit should have never been on the market for sale. I'm wondering if we were told that and maybe the unit was sold to someone else. We are left with a feeling of let down and incompleteness. We are thankful that they did call and tell us about the water damage no doubt. Bill Plemmons said they would help us find another unit but we have not heard anything from them. We feel that they could have at least offered us a gift card or something for putting us through the hoops of purchasing an RV. It feels like we had the rug snatched from underneath us. We had already switched our Insurance and all of a sudden, PUMP THE BRAKES. If you have ever been EXCITED about getting something you wanted and just before you get it, you were told you can't have it. That's a bad feeling! After reading some of the reviews regarding their customer service and trying to have warranty work done, I'm kind of glad we didn't purchase from them now. I don't think I will ever purchase anything from Bill Plemmons in the future unless they make this right with us. Come on Bill Plemmons, be better and do better!

Bought a 2021 Thor Twilight camper from Bill Plemmins in June of 2021. During our initial walk through we noticed several warranty issues and they were recorded. Took our camper back in October for winterizing and warranty work. Took them three months to get parts and then they were the wrong parts.Now they can't give us a date for when the new parts will get here. I call at least ten times a week and goes to a recording with no call back. Just terrible service department. Overwhelmed, always has excuses. Don't buy from this place. You'll thank me for it later.

we bought a pull-along portable septic tank about 8 years ago and don't recall how many gallons it holds. Part # 27851 by Barker MGG. Does anyone have this info?

I have an older pop up camper I purchased from Plemmons RV World, a Sun Valley. The dome lights currently do not work. I purchased a couple of bulbs thinking that may be the problem, but still no luck. Is there a fuse or another area to check?

If you have a volt meter, see if you are getting voltage to the socket. If not check your fuse box or breaker panel or battery source. I asume you are getting power to everything else?
